My Philosophy

At She Breaks Free, I believe that every woman deserves to live a healthy, free, and fulfilling life—the life that God has planned for them! As a nutrition consultant, I am committed to providing personalized coaching and support to help you achieve your weight loss goals and create habits that lead to sustainable results. My mission is to equip you with the necessary tools to find freedom from food obsession and free up the mental energy and time to live out the life you are called to live.

Hi, I'm Tara......

As the host of the Lose Weight, Live Free podcast, I'm a wife, a mother, a fitness professional and a recovered obsessor of diet and exercise.  For over 15 years, I struggled to reach my goal weight by using exercise and food restriction to get there.

I tried all the diets, exercised until my body would give out and spent more money than I want to admit on the next best diet.

I finally saw the light when I started focusing on the right things.  Food as nutrition, exercise as medicine and a deeper relationship with Jesus that changed my opinion of who I am & what I look like.

I have been able to find a healthy lifestyle that works for me.  A simple routine & handful of simple habits that I can be consistent with and have time for. A way of eating that I can enjoy life, without hopping into the next diet craze, exercising for my body to feel good and experiencing Jesus in a whole new way! And I'm ready to share it with you!

1:1 Coaching Program

Overcome the internal emotional battle related to weight, food obsession, dieting, exercise, shame, guilt, restriction, and bingeing while growing in your faith. 


With personalized coaching, you can expect to think about food less and learn how to fuel your body properly to eliminate cravings. You will gain a better understanding of your nutritional needs, fostering a healthier relationship with both your body and food, alongside a renewed mindset about yourself and nutrition. 


Experience a new way of life when your mind is free from the constant struggle of calculating, planning, prepping, and evaluating your diet. You'll find freedom not only in the time you can now dedicate to what truly matters, but also in your deeper understanding of yourself. You'll discover a strengthened faith in what God can help you overcome. 


Why haven’t you been able to achieve this on your own? Because you need accountability. As your nutrition consultant, I will guide, coach, encourage, and teach you to find the freedom that will help you maximize your life, feel at ease around food, and live out who God has called you to be. 


Expect weekly calls via Zoom, mid-week check-ins (via email/text), and calls that include education on nutrition, program protocols, course content, discussions about current struggles and problem areas, troubleshooting, and homework.

1:1 Coaching Fees

There are 2 levels of commitment with my 5P's program focused on eating healthy and achieving your weight loss goals. 


LEVEL 1 - 8 WEEK 


LEVEL 2 - 12 WEEK 


You will be required to pay a monthly fee of $240, with an 8-week minimum commitment to personalized coaching. 


Once approved to work with Tara, a nutrition consultant, payment will be due before the first session, helping you break free from food obsession.
