As an athlete in high school, I never really had to be concerned about what I ate. I always had an active metabolism and stayed in shape. In college, even though I was active, I enjoyed the social life and late-night pizza. It didn’t take very long before I began looking at myself through a different lens. I didn’t have the self-confidence I once had in high school.
I began to think it would make a difference in
how felt if I lost weight
and got skinnier.
After years of obsessing over my body and what I put into my mouth, I was seeking any information I could find to lose weight and change how I look. I just didn't know how to do it right.
After a series of events in my life, I found myself reeling from a broken relationship. It was a major turning point in my relationship with God. I began a deeper more authentic relationship. I was growing in my spiritual life, but still could not get a grip on my unhealthy relationship with food and exercise.
At 38, I was married yet still struggled with my body image and the constant dieting & guilt from bingeing. By age 41, I had my son. I was constantly tired. Tired of thinking about food and exercise ALL the time. Tired of trying to juggle my job, a kid, a marriage relationship, making dinner for my family every night, keeping the house clean, the laundry caught up and on and on. It seemed to never end.
I tried so many diets. Not one worked. It wasn’t until I learned the healing needed to come from the inside, accepting who I am, and gaining the tools to feed my body properly that then I was truly able to overcome food obsession, dieting and the mental drain that it is.
I am here to share my story, but also to equip you and help you find what works for you. I want you to experience freedom around food, find confidence in yourself and
allow God to do that work in you so you can live out the
life He has called you to!
Overcome the internal, emotional battle when it comes to weight, obsession to food & dieting/exercise, shame, guilt, restriction/bingeing, and you desire to grow in your faith.
You can expect to think about food less, know how to fuel your body properly to eliminate cravings, have a better understanding of what your body needs, better relationship with your body & food and a renewed mindset about yourself and food.
You will experience a new way of life when your mind is free from the 24/7 struggle of calculating, planning, prepping & evaluating your diet. You will find freedom in not only the amount of time you have to focus on what’s important, but experience a deeper understanding of you. You’ll find a strengthened faith in what God can help you overcome.

Why haven’t you been able to do this on your own? Because you need accountability. I will be here to guide, coach, encourage & teach you to find the freedom that will help you to make the most of your life, be free around food & live out who God has called you to be.
Weekly calls/zoom
Mid-week check-ins (via email/text)
Calls include education/program protocols, course content, check in with current struggles/problem areas, troubleshoot & homework.
There are 2 levels of commitment with my 5P's program.
LEVEL 1 - 8 WEEK
LEVEL 2 - 12 WEEK
You will be required to pay a monthly fee of $240, with an 8-week minimum commitment.
Once approved to work with Tara, payment will be due before the first session.
